Our Online Fitness Challenge was designed for those who wish to get in better shape or loose a few pounds but have difficutiles fitting traditional gym hours into their schedule.
This program brings you weekly video workouts, meal planning tips and recipes, weekly topics to help change your lifestyle, private group page social media support, calorie, exercise, sleep pattern and activity tracking with the included Fitbit tracker.
Access to Facebook is required, as is internet access and computer or smart phone for Fitbit tracker use.
There is a one time studio visit for necessary measurements and forms, and to pick up your Fitbit tracker prior to the start of the program.
Since this program has a set schedule, space is limited. No applications will be accepted after the start of the session
