Work It! Personal Training is a company whose goal is to provide personal training and group fitness classes for the residents of Clarkston and surrounding communities. We strive for a clean, supportive atmosphere free of judgment. Our personal training programs offer individualized instruction, educating each client on health, fitness and nutritional changes that they can incorporate into their current lifestyle. Our main goal is to work closely with each client, and tailor to them a fitness program that it is easily maintained. Our group classes combine fun and fitness in such a way as to challenge persons of all fitness levels.
Work It! Personal Training was born out of a call from those who wanted personal training but didn't have the time to travel to a facility, or felt uncomfortable in a large open setting. Early on, training was conducted in the homes of the individual clients before moving to the first brick and mortar location- a newly finished basement. As the word spread, the client list grew along with the requests for more group classes, so Work It! moved to Clarkston, Michigan. We soon outgrew the Clarkston location and moved to our newest home in White Lake, just .9 miles from our previous location.

Andrea Sage-Owner, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Andrea is an ACE certified personal trainer and TRX group instructor certified. She is a fitness enthusiast as she recently retired from roller derby, competed in UFE Figure and is avid runner. When Andrea is not at Work It! Personal Training, she is teaching at the National Personal Training Institute educating future personal trainers. She is certified in Sports Nutrition and is a Vegetarian. Dariss Novello-Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer. Dariss is a Stott trained Pilates instructor in addition to being an ACE certified personal trainer, and Piloxing trainer. She has a bachelor’s degree in physical and health education and has a passion for teaching the importance of healthy living. Dariss’ classes show that Pilates can be fun, while building strength, flexibility and long lean muscles. Kelly Molin-Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Kelly once was a client of Work It and found a passion for fitness and helping others. She currently teaches our Suspension class and Boot Camps. Kelly’s classes are fun but also a great workout. Stop in and try out one of her classes.
Whitney Herr-Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer. Whitney has been a certified personal trainer through ACSM for the last two years and is a group fitness instructor. She found a love for fitness many years ago and decided after six years in the medical field to change her career path.
